Three months on from announcement, E5 looks like it's good to go.

The Nokia E5 is on its way to Orange. The network has just stuck up a new page on its official store, showing off the QWERTY mail machine, saying it’s ‘coming soon’.

Free on contract, the Nokia E5 is the successor to the much-loved and super-powerful E71 and E72. As well as packing in a full physical keyboard, it also rocks a 2.4-inch screen, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, DLNA and GPS with Nokia’s ace, free Ovi Maps.

The battery life is, as ever with the E-series, a stonker, lasting up to 20 whole days on standby. You’ll be able to snaffle it on PAYG too, just in case you don’t fancy tying yourself down for a couple of years.
